It's a gamble that could be worth it more than it's not. Go into it with low expectations and give it the chance to surprise you like it did me! With finicky circuitry that made it a chore to initially keep on without bumping it out of place, this thing seemed like it was going to be destined for the trash bin. Regarding the "Duration of Use", it was not a fully tested feature, so I made a minimum best guess thinking it should more than likely last longer. Testing it for my photo/video op took longer than it took me to reach satisfaction and I believe it would have kept going just fine and dandy. My guess is however long a AAA battery usually lasts would be the duration, and if you have rechargeable ones on hand and can move fast like you're working a NASCAR pit you'll have a good time! ;P

To have a more pure response to in-game haptics could make twitch streams, long distance relationships or just general play more intimate and fun as the other players would actually have to work hard to cause reactions. Right now there are some haptics but honestly the most toy reaction is coming from the tilt of whoever is holding the device itself or the controller it's plugged into which doesn't make it interactive play with anyone more than a few feet from the toy...
